Advanced Skin Revision
Advanced collagen induction & regenerative skin therapies
Signature Intensives are protocol-driven treatments designed for clients seeking accelerated results, structural skin change, or targeted correction beyond traditional facials.
These services utilize collagen induction, micro-channeling, liquid microneedling, and photodynamic therapies to stimulate repair, improve skin function, and support long-term regeneration.
Treatment methods, devices, and professional serums are selected based on your skin’s biology, tolerance, and treatment goals—often adjusted in real time.
Many clients pursue these treatments as a series for cumulative, lasting results.
Advanced Micro-Channeling
procell + rezenerate
Collagen Induction Therapy uses professional micro-channeling systems to create controlled micro-pathways in the skin—stimulating collagen production, improving texture, and supporting long-term skin regeneration.
At Fleur de Lune, this treatment is fully customized using advanced micro-channeling technologies, including ProCell and Rezenerate, with method selection based on skin condition, sensitivity, and treatment goals.
Well suited for:
- Acne scarring and textural irregularities
- Fine lines and early skin laxity
- Uneven tone and compromised skin function
Professional regenerative serums are selected by your provider and included as part of the service. Serum selection and treatment depth are guided by clinical assessment.

Liquid Microneedling Therapies
Spicule-based bio-stimulation
Liquid microneedling uses microscopic bio-spicules to create controlled stimulation within the skin—triggering regeneration without traditional needles.
We offer multiple liquid microneedling options, including advanced Korean formulations and bio-stimulatory protocols, allowing treatment intensity and focus to be tailored precisely to your skin.
May address:
- Acne and congestion
- Pigmentation and uneven tone
- Early aging and texture refinement

Series recommended for best results.
Collagen Induction Therapy
Medical-Depth Microneedling
Medical-depth microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, is a clinically established treatment designed to stimulate the skin’s natural repair and collagen-production processes through controlled micro-injury at precise depths.
This treatment is performed using the original microneedling roller system created by Dr. Des Fernandes, the plastic surgeon who pioneered modern collagen induction therapy. These tools and protocols are clinically supported, taught, and advanced through decades of research by Dr. Lance Setterfield, one of the world’s leading authorities on microneedling and skin regeneration.
At Fleur de Lune, medical-depth Collagen Induction Therapy is performed using the original roller-based methodology developed by Dr. Des Fernandes—the pioneer of modern microneedling and Vitamin A skin therapy.
This approach prioritizes controlled dermal stimulation, precision depth selection, and structural skin regeneration over trend-driven devices. Tool selection and treatment depth are guided by skin anatomy, clinical goals, and long-term skin health—not speed or automation.
Topical numbing is applied prior to treatment to ensure comfort during deeper collagen-stimulating passes.
Well suited for:
- Acne scarring and deeper textural irregularities
- Advanced signs of aging and collagen loss
- Loss of firmness and structural support
- Skin requiring corrective, long-term remodeling rather than superficial resurfacing
This approach prioritizes intentional depth with conservative technique, allowing for progressive collagen remodeling while maintaining barrier integrity and minimizing unnecessary inflammation.
Professional regenerative serums are selected by your provider and applied in conjunction with treatment. Treatment depth and protocol are guided by clinical assessment and skin readiness.

Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) – GlycoAla
Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) is an advanced, results-driven skin treatment that combines a specialized photosensitizing agent with targeted LED light activation to support cellular renewal, address acne, and improve visible photodamage.
At Fleur de Lune, we offer GlycoAla PDT, a refined, series-based protocol designed to improve skin clarity, texture, and overall skin function through controlled cellular turnover and light-activated repair.
This treatment is ideal for clients seeking meaningful correction—not quick fixes—and is performed with careful clinical assessment to ensure safety, precision, and optimal outcomes.
How GlycoAla PDT Works
GlycoAla uses 5-Aminolevulinic Acid (ALA), a topical precursor that is selectively absorbed by metabolically active and congested skin cells. Once absorbed, the skin is exposed to targeted LED light, activating the compound and initiating a controlled photodynamic response.
This process helps:
- Accelerate cellular turnover
- Reduce inflammatory activity within the skin
- Target acne-causing bacteria and congestion
- Support healthier, more balanced skin behavior over time
Because the treatment works at a cellular level, results build progressively with a series, rather than relying on aggressive single-session stimulation.
Benefits May Include:
- Improved skin clarity and reduced congestion
- Support for acne-prone and breakout-prone skin
- Enhanced texture and overall skin tone
- Refinement of visible pores through reduced congestion and inflammation
- Reduction in visible photodamage
- Brighter, more balanced, healthier-appearing skin over time
While pore size itself is genetic, GlycoAla supports clearer, calmer follicular function—often resulting in visibly refined pores with consistent treatment.
What to Expect
GlycoAla PDT is a carefully structured treatment performed with attention to skin tolerance and recovery. Mild redness, warmth, or temporary sensitivity may occur following treatment, depending on individual skin response.
This protocol is intentionally series-based to allow the skin to respond gradually and sustainably, rather than aggressively overwhelming the skin barrier.
