Fleur de Lune is a small, appointment-only skincare studio in Columbia, South Carolina focused on microneedling and skin remodeling, facial lymphatic and sculpting techniques, and advanced corrective skincare.

We’re fascinated by what skin can do when you work with it thoughtfully. Collagen induction, barrier support, lymphatic flow, tissue health, inflammation, recovery, home care—it all matters, and it all works together.

Sometimes creating change means asking more of the skin. Sometimes it means restoring, supporting, or simply leaving well enough alone. We’re much more interested in choosing the right level of intervention than doing something just because we can.

Our work is very much about the long game. We want your skin to look good after a treatment, of course, but we care even more about what good decisions can build over months and years.

And none of that means the experience has to feel clinical. We love that treatment can be corrective, intelligent, and still deeply calming. That balance is a big part of what Fleur de Lune is about.
